How quickly will you get back to me?
We reply to calls, forms and emails during our opening hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If your roof is actively leaking, phone us on 01223 902596 rather than emailing, so we can prioritise it.
What should I include in my request?
Your postcode, what you have noticed (for example a damp patch, slipped tiles or an overflowing gutter), roughly how old the roof is if you know, and a few photos if you can take them safely from the ground or a window. Never climb onto the roof yourself.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and come with no obligation. We survey the roof by ladder or drone, then send you a detailed written quotation with photos and options.
